Zoli is focused on developing design savvy baby products for the well-being of children and the earth.As a new brand, they wanted to launch with a clear message and visual impact. It was key that the brand and packaging utilize eco-friendly materials and production processes to represent their brand mission.
SOLUTION
UNIT developed an abstract tree logo to represent Zoli’s green mission, and targeting parents looking for products that embody a youthful sophistication and are chemical free. The tagline “growing a greener future” was developed to emphasize the core product message, while referencing little ones who will grow up caring for a greener tomorrow. The packaging used die-cut windows to highlight key design attributes of each product, and the enlarged logo provided a billboard to draw customer’s eyes. We sourced eco-friendly paper, containing recycled content, and utilized soy based inks to tie into the brand goals.RESULTS
The bold, iconic, brand-centric design approach for all communications, provided a consistent experience as the start-up established itself within the market. In less than two years, Zoli went from a simple online web presence, to products available online and in retail stores throughout North America, and parts of Asia.
